  • Made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel material.
  • Electrical control panels are waterproof and made of 304 quality stainless steel material.

  • For any emergency intervention, there is one "EMERGENCY STOP" button on the panel and one on the side of the machine.
  • There is a safety cage in the product feeding hopper. If the cage is opened while the machine is running, the machine will stop automatically. When the safety cage is closed, the program continues from where it left off.
  • The system is programmed in such a way that when an unexpected situation is encountered, the alam text will appear on the screen and guide the operator.
  • If desired, necessary revisions can be made in the software.
  • Product feeding cover gasket and product discharge cover gasket are made of food grade material and manufactured as one piece.
  • It has a capacity of 600-900kg product processing per hour fully automatically according to the recipe with PLC touch screen.
  • One batch (according to the product to be processed) is approximately 200kg maximum. The body is 330kg when fully loaded.
  • Inside, outside and spirals of the machine are sandblasted.
  • The movement directions, rotation speeds and duration of the augers can be adjusted according to the recipe with the PLC controlled speed control device, which operates independently of each other up to a maximum of 160 revolutions per minute. By operating the augers independently (forward-forward, forward-backward, backward-forward, backward-backward), an effective mixing can be achieved and a completely homogeneous product can be obtained.
  • With three steam valve located on the sides of the body, steam can be supplied directly into the product and heating can be provided.
  • The optimum steam pressure to work in the machine is 3 atu.
  • A steam drying separator should be installed on the line where the steam enters the machine. In this way, a dry steam will be obtained to enter the product, and the effect of steam on product quality, recipe and the amount of water mixed into the product should be minimized.
  • A steam filter should be installed on the line where the steam to be processed in the machine comes from. Steam up to 1 µm is filtered. (Specifications of the steam filter; 316L Stainless steel, operating temperature - 20 0C up to 210 0C, filter surface 123.5 cm2)
  • Steam can be given intermittently. For example; 3 seconds of steam can be given and 5 seconds of steam can be cut off. If desired, steam can also be supplied continuously.
  • The front cover gasket and the rear connections of the augers are fully sealed. Special production seals used in the rear connections of the augers should be replaced periodically.
  • At the product outlet of the machine, there is a driver to transfer the product to the weighing machine.
  • The driver can take a maximum of 350 kg of product.
  • The driver chamber is sandblasted.
  • There is a safety cage on the driver.
  • When the cage is opened while the drive augers are in motion, the augers stop automatically.
  • When the safety cage is closed, the augers continue their movement.
  • The augers transferring from the driver to the grader and the inside of the transfer pipe are Teflon coated.
  • The auger speeds of the driver can be controlled from the panel with the speed control device.
  • Installation and removal of the driver augers can be done practically by hand.
  • Heating and cooling of the product in the driver chamber can be done through the wall.
  • Automatic control can be provided by entering the desired temperature value on the panel.
  • The platform on which the operator works is made of perforated sheet metal to prevent slipping.
